About Me

Taking the brave step to reach out to a therapist can feel intimidating, but it is also an important one. I want every potential client to know that therapists are not only professionals but also fellow humans who understand and empathize with your journey.

My own path in this field began at Mississippi State University, where I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees. Throughout my career, I have held various roles as a therapist and even had the privilege of supervising other therapists. Two years ago, I made the decision to establish my private practice, and it has been the most rewarding choice I've ever made. Creating a cozy and welcoming space for my clients brings me immense joy.

When I'm not working, you'll often find me cherishing moments with my own family or exploring new destinations through travel. I believe it's important for you to feel comfortable and connected with your therapist, so don't hesitate to inquire and learn more about me. You might be pleasantly surprised to discover the genuine and relatable side of therapists that you may not have expected.

Remember, therapy is a collaborative process, and I am here to support you on your unique journey towards healing and personal growth. Together, we can create a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your concerns, discover your inner strength, and achieve the positive changes you desire.
